Basic History of STL

In a significant move on December 28, 2005, the PCSO Board introduced the Small Town Lottery (STL). This new lottery concept started during President Corazon Aquino’s term, initially in selected cities in Luzon. STL was created as a community-based lottery with a focus on charitable purposes.

In early 2006, an improved version of STL underwent testing, and in January 2006, the PCSO partnered with private companies to make it more effective.

In mid-November 2017, PCSO Officials introduced a centralized Small Town Lottery segment during the ‘Let’s Play Lotto’ TV program. This segment, commonly known as STL, is owned by Oceania Sur Gaming Corporation.

In 2007, the PCSO officially announced the expansion of STL operations to 15 regions across the Philippines. Approved cities included Quezon Province, Angeles City, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, Pampanga, Laguna, Bulacan, Negros Oriental, Iloilo City, Tarlac, Oriental Mindoro, Ilocos Norte, Albay, Olongapo City, and Batangas.

How to Play the PCSO STL?

For STL Pares:

1. Use the STL lotto play slip to choose two numbers between 1 to 40.
2. If you’re unsure, go for a Lucky Pick (LP) to get random numbers.
3. Pick your bet amount, from PHP 12.00 to PHP 600.00.
4. The draw uses ping pong balls and Mega Gems to determine the first and second winning numbers.

For STL Swer2:
