Tax Implications: Under the TRAIN law, prizes of P10,000 and above are subject to a 20% deduction from the player’s prize. 1% of this deduction is given to the agent where you purchased the lotto ticket. The TRAIN law, which stands for Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion, in which fund goes to government
