PCSO recently launched the E Lotto application, where players can purchase lottery tickets and cash out prizes below PHP 300,000. For prizes Php 300,000.01 and above players need to visit the main office for claiming the price.

Tax Implications: Under the TRAIN law, prizes of P10,000 and above are subject to a 20% deduction from the player’s prize. 1% of this deduction is given to the agent where you purchased the lotto ticket.
